I spent 20 years in international consumer goods, working mainly for categories for which aesthetics matter and which succeed by creating an emotional connection with the consumer.
In my last role as Brand General Manager (CMO) at KIKO Milano I was part of the management team that delivered the business turnaround and made KIKO Milano in 2022 the 3rd fastest growing beauty company globally. This is one of four business turnarounds that I delivered throughout my career.
By working for a big blue chip company like Procter & Gamble as well as medium-sized companies like KIKO Milano or Cosmopolitan Cosmetics (Wella AG), for small brands and brands with more than 1 Billion $ turnover, I acquired skills, methodology and the ability to adapt my approach to the company, its size, the organisation and its context.
I was responsible for international expansion projects and selling products across Europe, in the Middle East, the USA and Asia across physical distribution and online channels.
My core values are learning, positivity and wellbeing. For me wellbeing means integrating work and life and having mind, body and soul in harmony. Yoga and sports as well as family and friends are my key sources of energy.
Travelling has always been an important part of my life and I feel it made me grow personally and professionally.
During my career, I have been living in Germany, the UK, Switzerland and Italy and speak German, English, French and a basic level of Italian.
